To celebrate fall finally arriving we went to the pumpkin patch with our friends Randi and Paul. It was perfect weather to go to the farm. Grant loved checking out all the animals and walking around. Life is sooo much better now that he can walk around instead of crawling! It made for such a fun day to see him walking around enjoying the farm.
After animals we took a tractor ride down to the pumpkin patch were we found the perfect pumpkin! It took several attempts to find the right one but after checking two different patches our quest came to a successful end. Grant made sure to stand by the pumpkin and not let anyone pick it.
We rounded out the day with a farm fresh lunch and an unsuccessful jaunt through a corn maze. Even with Jeff and Paul between them serving multiple tours in the middle east they both seemed to struggle in the navigation of a corn maze! :) Overall, we did survive and it was a ton of fun!
