The weather has been hit or miss lately with either warm or bitterly cold. It has definitely been a crazy winter here for sure! On one of the warmer days it was perfect kite flying weather so we headed out to a field by the house with Grant's kite ready to take on the wind.
Apparently kite flying is harder than it looks. We really struggled to get the kite up and going but we tried our best. Sydney loved the struggle because she was able to chase the kite since it was only feet above her head. Grant eventually gave up on the kite and the "excitement" that we all had for it and went to play on the playground instead...probably a smart move on his part!
